Raaz Movie Unknown Facts :
1) This film was a Hindi remake of the 2000 Hollywood film “What Lies Beneath”.
2) Before Bipasha Basu, the role of Sanjana was offered to Lisa Ray. But she refused to work in this film.
3) The voices of Dino Morea and Bipasha Basu were dubbed in this film. Bipasha Basu’s voice was given by Mona Ghosh Shetty and Dino Morea’s voice was given by Vikram Bhatt himself.
4) This film was released when the trend of horror films was over. It was only after the tremendous success of this film that the trend of horror films returned again.
5) Aditya’s role was offered to Anil Kapoor before Dino Morea. But he refused saying that horror films will not work in Bollywood.
6) This film was Malini Sharma’s first and only film.
7) The song “Dekha Hai Pehle Baar” of Saajan was shot in the same forest as the forest shown in this film.

राज़ फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) ये फिल्म सन 2000 में आयी हॉलीवुड फिल्म ” व्हाट लाइज बिनीथ ” की हिंदी रीमेक थी.
2) बिपाशा बासु से पहले संजना का रोल लिसा रे को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
3) इस फिल्म में डिनो मोरया और बिपाशा बासु की आवाज़ को डब किया गया था. बिपाशा बासु की आवाज़ को मोना घोष शेट्टी ने दी थी तो डिनो मोरया की आवाज़ को खुद विक्रम भट्ट ने दिया था.
4) ये फिल्म तब रिलीज़ हुयी थी जब हॉरर फिल्मो का ट्रेंड ख़त्म हो चूका था. इस फिल्म की ज़बरदस्त सफलता के बाद ही हॉरर फिल्मो का ट्रेंड फिर से लौटा था.
