Shakti Movie Unknown Facts :
1) Anil Kapoor did a cameo in this film. He played the role of Amitabh Bachchan and Smita Patil’s son in this film.
2) This film was the first and only film of Amitabh Bachchan and Dilip Kumar together.
3) The film was inspired by the 1974 Tamil film Thangappathakkam.
4) Rakhi had worked opposite Amitabh Bachchan in many films. But for the first time in this film, she played the role of Amitabh Bachchan’s mother. Rakhi had said in an interview that she was getting a chance to work opposite Dilip Kumar in this film. That’s why she worked in this film.
5) Roma’s role was offered to Neetu Singh before Smita Patil. But she refused to work in this film.
6) This film was launched in the year 1977. But the shooting of this film was started from the year 1980. Ramesh Sippy first wanted to complete the shooting of Shaan. That’s why the shooting of the film Shakti started 3 years after it was launched.
7) Dilip Kumar wanted the character of father and son to be changed into the characters of brothers in this film. But Salim Javed refused to change the script and assured Dilip Kumar that people would definitely like this film.
8) When this film was released, Amitabh Bachchan was hospitalized due to a Coolie accident.
9) Kishore Kumar and Asha Bhosle recorded a song for Amitabh Bachchan and Smita Patil. But Amitabh Bachchan was then hospitalized. That’s why this song was not shot nor this song was kept in the film.
10) In this film, Amitabh Bachchan played the role of Anil Kapoor’s father for the first time. But both of them did not have any scene together in this film. After this film, Amitabh Bachchan also played the role of Anil Kapoor’s father in the film Armaan.
शक्ति फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) इस फिल्म में अनिल कपूर ने कैमियो किया था. उन्होंने इस फिल्म में अमिताभ बच्चन और स्मिता पाटिल के बेटे का रोल निभाया था.
2) ये फिल्म अमिताभ बच्चन और दिलीप कुमार की साथ में पहली और एकमात्र फिल्म थी.
3) ये फिल्म सन 1974 में आयी तमिल फिल्म थंगप्पथाक्कम से प्रेरित थी.
4) राखी ने कई फिल्मो में अमिताभ बच्चन के अपोजिट काम किया था. लेकिन इस फिल्म में पहली बार उन्होंने अमिताभ बच्चन की माँ का रोल निभाया था. राखी ने एक इंटरव्यू में कहा था की उन्हें इस फिल्म में दिलीप कुमार के अपोजिट काम करने का मौका मिल रहा था. इसलिए उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम किया था.
5) स्मिता पाटिल से पहले रोमा का रोल नीतू सिंह को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
6) इस फिल्म को सन 1977 में लॉन्चेड किया गया था. लेकिन इस फिल्म की शूटिंग सन 1980 से शुरू की गयी थी. रमेश सिप्पी पहले शान फिल्म की शूटिंग पूरी करना चाहते थे. इसलिए शक्ति फिल्म की शूटिंग लॉन्चेड होने के 3 साल बाद शुरू हुयी थी.
7) दिलीप कुमार चाहते थे की इस फिल्म में बाप और बेटे के करैक्टर को भाइयों के करैक्टर में बदला जाए. लेकिन सलीम जावेद ने स्क्रिप्ट में बदलाव करने से मना कर दिया था और दिलीप कुमार को भरोसा दिलाया था की ये फिल्म लोग ज़रूर पसंद करेंगे.
8) जब ये फिल्म रिलीज़ हुयी थी तब अमिताभ बच्चन कुली वाले एक्सीडेंट के चलते अस्पताल में भर्ती थे.
9) किशोर कुमार और आशा भोसले ने अमिताभ बच्चन और स्मिता पाटिल के लिए एक गाना रिकॉर्ड किया था. लेकिन अमिताभ बच्चन तब अस्पताल में भर्ती थे. इसलिए इस गाने की शूटिंग नहीं की गयी थी और न ही इस गाने को फिल्म में रखा गया था.
10) इस फिल्म में अमिताभ बच्चन ने पहली बार अनिल कपूर के पिता का रोल निभाया था. लेकिन इस फिल्म में दोनों का साथ में कोई भी सीन नहीं था. इस फिल्म के बाद अमिताभ बच्चन ने अरमान फिल्म में भी अनिल कपूर के पिता का रोल निभाया था.
