Rang Movie Unknown Facts :
1) Divya Bharti died three months before the release of this film.
2) Divya Bharti had completed the shooting of the song “Tujhe Na Dekhu To Chain” just 8 days before her death. Divya Bharti had completed the shooting of almost all her scenes. The shooting of some remaining scenes was completed by another actress. But her face was not shown in the film. The dubbing of Divya Bharti’s voice was completed by the dubbing artist.
3) This film was the last film of Amrita Singh before the comeback, she did her comeback in 2002 with the film Shaheed.
4) Jetendra had refused to do dubbing because of not getting his fee. Then the producer completed the dubbing of Jeetendra’s voice with a dubbing artist.
5) Karishma Kapoor was signed in this film before Divya Bharti. Because of which Ayesha Jhulka had withdrawn from the film. Then later Karisma Kapoor left this film. After that Ayesha Jhulka was again cast in the film.
6) Before Ayesha Jhulka, her role was offered to kajol but she refused to act in this film.
7) Before Amrita Singh, Her role was offered to Ashwini Bhave but she refused to work in this film.
रंग फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) इस फिल्म के रिलीज़ होने से तीन महीने पहले ही दिव्या भारती की मौत हो गयी थी.
2) दिव्या भारती की मौत होने से 8 दिन पहले ही उन्होंने ” तुझे न देखु तो चैन ” गाने की शूटिंग पूरी की थी. दिव्या भारती ने अपने लगभग सभी सीन्स की शूटिंग को पूरा कर लिया था. कुछ बचे सीन्स की शूटिंग को दूसरी एक्ट्रेस ने पूरा किया था. लेकिन फिल्म में उनकी शक्ल नहीं दिखाई गयी थी. दिव्या भारती की आवाज़ की डबिंग को डबिंग आर्टिस्ट ने पूरा किया था.
3) ये फिल्म अमृता सिंह की कमबैक से पहले की आखरी फिल्म थी उन्होंने अपना कमबैक सन 2002 में आयी फिल्म शहीद से किया था.
4) जीतेन्द्र को उनकी फीस न मिलने का कारण उन्होंने डबिंग करने से मना कर दिया था. फिर प्रोडूसर ने जीतेन्द्र की आवाज़ की डबिंग को डबिंग आर्टिस्ट से पूरा कराया था.
5) इस फिल्म में दिव्या भारती से पहले करिश्मा कपूर को साइन किया गया था. जिसकी वजह से आयशा झुलका फिल्म से हट गयी थी. फिर बाद में करिश्मा कपूर इस फिल्म से हट गयी थी. उसके बाद आयशा झुलका को फिर से फिल्म में लिया गया था.
6) आयशा झुलका से पहले उनका रोल काजोल को ऑफर हुआ था लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
7) अमृता सिंह से पहले उनका रोल अश्विनी भावे को ऑफर हुआ था लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
