Dil Movie Unknown Facts :
1) This film was the directorial debut film of Indra Kumar.
2) The film was later remade in Telugu, Kannada and Odia. The Telugu remake was titled Tholi Muddhu, the Odia remake was titled Agni Parikshya and the Kannada remake was titled Shivaranjini.
3) This film was the first film of Aamir Khan and Madhuri Dixit together. After this both were seen in the film “Deewana Mujh Sa Nahi”. Which was released in July of the same year.
4) This film was Madhuri Dixit’s first film with director Indra Kumar. After this Madhuri Dixit also worked in Indra Kumar’s beta, Raja and Total Dhamaal.
5) This film was Aamir Khan’s first film with director Indra Kumar. After this, Aamir Khan also worked in Indra Kumar’s Ishq and Mann.
6) The song “Dum Dama Dum” from this film was kept after the release of the film. Indra Kumar liked this song very much. But then he did not have the money to shoot this song. When Dil film started getting good response, then he shot this song and kept it in the film.
7) Madhuri Dixit and Aamir Khan’s second film “Deewana Mujh Sa Nahi” was completed in August 1989 itself. But then the film was not getting any distributor. When Dil film started doing good collection at the box office. Then this film got a distributor and “Deewana Mujh Sa Nahi” was released in July, a month after Dil film.
8) In this film, Alka Yagnik sang two songs for another music company. But later the music rights of this film went to T-Series and they replaced the song sung by Alka Yagnik and kept the song sung by Anuradha Paudwal in the film. When Alka Yagnik came to know about this, she was very angry and she had not sung any song for T-Series for a few years.
9) The fat girl who was shown in the boxing match scene of this film. The one whose name was Miss Miley was a beggar from Bombay in real and she was also mentally ill and one day she died after being hit by a car.
10) After the film Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Amir Khan’s films started flopping at the box office. Due to which people started calling Aamir Khan as version 2 of Kumar Gaurav. Some people had also asked Indra Kumar that “Why did you take Aamir Khan in the film?” In response, Indra Kumar told him that “I have full faith in Aamir Khan”.
दिल फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) ये फिल्म इन्द्र कुमार की डायरेक्शनल डेब्यू फिल्म थी.
2) इस फिल्म का रीमेक बाद में तेलुगु, कन्नड़ा और ओड़िया में भी बनाया गया था. तेलुगु रीमेक का टाइटल ठोली मुद्धु था तो ओड़िया रीमेक का टाइटल अग्नि परीक्ष्य था और कन्नड़ा रीमेक का टाइटल शिवरंजिनी था.
3) ये फिल्म आमिर खान और माधुरी दीक्षित की साथ में पहली फिल्म थी. इसके बाद दोनों ” दीवाना मुझ सा नहीं ” फिल्म में नज़र आये थे. जो उसी साल ही जुलाई में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
4) ये फिल्म माधुरी दीक्षित की डायरेक्टर इन्द्र कुमार के साथ में पहली फिल्म थी. इसके बाद माधुरी दीक्षित ने इन्द्र कुमार की बेटा, राजा और टोटल धमाल फिल्म में भी काम किया था.
5) ये फिल्म आमिर खान की डायरेक्टर इन्द्र कुमार के साथ में पहली फिल्म थी. इसके बाद आमिर खान ने इन्द्र कुमार की इश्क़ और मन फिल्म में भी काम किया था.
6) इस फिल्म का ” दम दमा दम ” गाने को फिल्म के रिलीज़ होने के बाद रखा गया था. इन्द्र कुमार को ये गाना काफी पसंद आया था. लेकिन तब उनके पास इस गाने को शूट करने के पैसे नहीं थे. जब दिल फिल्म को अच्छा रिस्पांस मिलने लगा तब उन्होंने इस गाने को शूट करके फिल्म में रखा था.
7) माधुरी दीक्षित और आमिर खान की दूसरी फिल्म ” दीवाना मुझ सा नहीं ” अगस्त 1989 में ही बनकर तैयार हो गयी थी. लेकिन तब फिल्म को कोई भी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर नहीं मिल रहा था. जब दिल फिल्म बॉक्स ऑफिस में अच्छा कलेक्शन करने लगी थी. तब इस फिल्म को डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर मिला था और ” दीवाना मुझ सा नहीं ” जुलाई में दिल फिल्म के एक महीने बाद रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
8) इस फिल्म में अलका याग्निक ने दूसरी म्यूजिक कंपनी के लिए दो गाने गाये थे. लेकिन बाद में इस फिल्म के म्यूजिक राइट्स टी सीरीज के पास चले गए थे और उन्होंने अलका याग्निक के गाये गाने को हटाकर अनुराधा पौडवाल के गाये गाने को फिल्म में रखा था. जब अलका याग्निक को ये बात पता चली थी तो वे बहुत नाराज़ हुयी थी और उन्होंने कुछ सालों तक टी सीरीज के लिए कोई गाना नहीं गाया था.
9) इस फिल्म के बॉक्सिंग मैच के सीन में जो मोटी सी लड़की दिखाई गयी थी. जिसका नाम मिस मिली था वो रियल में बॉम्बे की एक भिखारी थी और वे दिमागी रूप से भी बीमार थी एक दिन गाड़ी से टकराने के कारण उनकी मौत हो गयी थी.
10) क़यामत से क़यामत तक फिल्म के बाद आमिर खान की फिल्मे बॉक्स ऑफिस में फ्लॉप होने लगी थी. जिसके कारण लोग आमिर खान को कुमार गौरव का वर्शन 2 कहने लगे थे. कुछ लोगो ने इन्द्र कुमार से भी कहा था की ” आपने क्यों आमिर खान को फिल्म में लिया ? ” जवाब में इन्द्र कुमार ने उनसे कहा था की ” मुझे आमिर खान में पूरा भरोसा है “.
