1) After the great success of this film, a sequel of this film was also going to be made. But Kareena Kapoor refused to work in the sequel of this film. Therefore, the plan for the sequel of this film was cancelled. Some sources said that milenge milenge film was the sequel of mujhe kucch kehna hai.
2) This film was Tusshar Kapoor’s debut film and after the great success of this film, he also started getting offers of many films.
3) The soundtrack album of the film had a total of more than 3.2 million units sold and was the second highest selling soundtrack album of 2001.
4) This film was Kareena Kapoor’s second film and the first hit film.
मुझे कुछ कहना है फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi) :
1) इस फिल्म की ज़बरदस्त सफलता के बाद इस फिल्म का सीक्वल भी बनाया जाने वाला था. लेकिन करीना कपूर ने इस फिल्म के सीक्वल में काम करने से मना कर दिया था. इसलिए इस फिल्म के सीक्वल का प्लान कैंसिल कर दिया गया था. कुछ सोर्सेज का कहना था की मिलेंगे मिलेंगे फिल्म ही मुझे कहना है फिल्म की सीक्वल थी.
2) ये फिल्म तुषार कपूर की डेब्यू फिल्म थी और इस फिल्म की ज़बरदस्त सफलता के बाद उन्हें कई फिल्मो के ऑफर भी आने लगे थे.
3) इस फिल्म के साउंडट्रैक एल्बम की कुल 32 लाख से भी ज्यादा कपीस बिकी थी और सन 2001 की दूसरी सबसे ज्यादा बिकने वाली साउंडट्रैक एल्बम रही थी.
