1) This film was the first film of Karishma Kapoor and Bobby Deol together. After this both were also seen in the film Aashiq, which was released in 2001.
2) This film was released a week after the film Kya Kehna and both the films were directed by Kundan Shah. Both the films were the comeback films of Kundan Shah. But Kya Kehna was a super hit at the box office while Hum To Mohabbat Karega was a flop.
3) The producers of this film K P Singh and Bobby Deol are both childhood friends.

1) ये फिल्म करिश्मा कपूर और बॉबी देओल की साथ में पहली फिल्म थी. इसके बाद दोनों आशिक़ फिल्म में भी नज़र आये थे, जो सन 2001 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
2) ये फिल्म क्या कहना फिल्म के एक हफ्ते बाद रिलीज़ हुयी थी और दोनों फिल्मो को कुंदन शाह ने डायरेक्ट किया था. दोनों फिल्म कुंदन शाह की कमबैक फिल्म थी. लेकिन क्या कहना फिल्म बॉक्स ऑफिस में सुपर हिट हुयी थी जबकि हम तो मोहब्बत करेगा फिल्म फ्लॉप हुयी थी.
3) इस फिल्म के प्रोडूसर के पी सिंह और बॉबी देओल दोनों बचपन के दोस्त हैं.
