Gair Movie Unknown Facts :
1) Ajay Devgan played a double role for the second time in this film. Earlier, he also played a double role in Hindustan Ki Kasam. Which was released in the same year in July 1999. After Gair film, he also played a double role in Deewane, Yeh Raaste Hain Pyaar Ke and Action Jackson.
2) The shooting of this film started in the year 1992. But due to some reason the film was shelved then. Then after a few years the shooting of this film was resumed.
3) The title of this film was earlier kept shaktishaali. But due to some reason later it was changed to gair.
4) Raveena Tandon’s voice in some scenes in this film was dubbed by someone else.
5) Before Reena Roy, her role was offered to Rekha, Dimple Kapadia and Jayaprada. But all three had refused to work in this film.
गैर फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) इस फिल्म में अजय देवगन ने दूसरी बार डबल रोल निभाया था. इससे पहले उन्होंने हिंदुस्तान की कसम फिल्म में भी डबल रोल निभाया था. जो उसी साल ही जुलाई सन 1999 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी. गैर फिल्म के बाद उन्होंने दीवाने, ये रास्ते हैं प्यार के और एक्शन जैक्सन फिल्म में भी डबल रोल निभाया था.
2) इस फिल्म की शूटिंग सन 1992 में शुरू हुयी थी. लेकिन कुछ कारण से फिल्म तब शेल्वेड हो गयी थी. फिर कुछ सालों बाद इस फिल्म की शूटिंग को दोबारा शुरू किया गया था.
3) इस फिल्म का टाइटल पहले शक्तिशाली रखा गया था. लेकिन कुछ कारण से बाद में इसे बदलकर गैर कर दिया गया था.
4) इस फिल्म में रवीना टंडन के कुछ सीन्स में उनकी आवाज़ को किसी और से डब कराया गया था.
5) रीना रॉय से पहले उनका रोल रेखा, डिंपल कपाड़िया और जयाप्रदा को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन तीनो ने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
