1) This film was the official Hindi remake of the 2014 Hollywood film “The Fault in Our Stars”. Both of these films were based on the book “The Fault in Our Stars” written by John Green.
2) When the film was announced, its title was kept “Kizie Aur Manny”. But it was later changed to “Dil Bechara”.
3) This film was Sanjana Sanghi’s debut film.
4) This film was the last film of Sushant Singh Rajput. The film was released a month after his death.
5) This film was first to be released in theaters. But theaters were closed due to Corona virus. Hence this film was released on the OTT platform. The film was kept free to all subscribers and non-subscribers.

1) ये फिल्म सन 2014 में आयी हॉलीवुड फिल्म ” द फाल्ट इन आवर स्टार्स ” की ऑफिसियल हिंदी रीमेक थी. ये दोनों ही फिल्मे जॉन ग्रीन द्वारा लिखी बुक ” द फाल्ट इन आवर स्टार्स ” पर आधारित थी.
2) जब इस फिल्म की अनाउंसमेंट हुयी थी तब इसका टाइटल ” कीजी और मैनी ” रखा गया था. लेकिन बाद में इसे बदलकर ” दिल बेचारा ” कर दिया गया था.
3) ये फिल्म संजना संघी की डेब्यू फिल्म थी.
4) ये फिल्म सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की आखरी फिल्म थी. उनकी मौत के एक महीने बाद ये फिल्म रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
