1) Van helsinng was about to be made a first series film. But this film received very negative reviews and the film could not make such a good collection, so the plan to make this film in the series was cancelled.
2) The film was a flop in the domestic box office but according to the overall collection, the film was a semi-hit in the box office.
3) Kate Beckinsale, the actress who played Anna in the film, was the last to be cast.
4) The place where Van helsingh and Anna fight Dracula’s three wives in this film. Frankenstein in 1931, Dracula in 1931 and The Wolf Man in 1941 were also shot in the same place.
5) Hugh Jackman had an arm fracture during the shooting of this film.
6) The story of this film was based on Bram Stroker’s Novel Dracula.

1) वन्हेल सींग को पहले सीरीज वाली फिल्म बनाया जाने वाला था. लेकिन इस फिल्म को बहुत ही ज्यादा नेगेटिव रिव्युस मिले थे और फिल्म उतना अच्छा कलेक्शन भी नहीं कर पायी थी, इसलिए इस फिल्म को सीरीज में बनाने का प्लान कैंसिल कर दिया गया था.
2) ये फिल्म डोमेस्टिक बॉक्स ऑफिस में फ्लॉप रही थी लेकिन ओवरआल कलेक्शन के हिसाब से ये फिल्म बॉक्स ऑफिस में सेमि हिट रही थी.
3) इस फिल्म में एना का रोल निभाने वाली एक्ट्रेस केट बेकिनसेल को सबसे आखरी में कास्ट किया गया था.
4) इस फिल्म के जिस जगह में वन्हेल सींग और एना, ड्रैकुला के तीन पत्नियों से लड़ाई करते हैं. उसी जगह में 1931 में आयी फ्रैंकेंस्टीन, ड्रैकुला और 1941 में आयी द वुल्फ मैन की शूटिंग भी की गयी थी.
