Tridev Movie Unknown Facts :
1) In this film, Sonam played the role of the daughter of Raza Murad. Whereas in real life she is the niece of Raza Murad.
2) Before Jackie Shroff, the role of Ravi Mathur was offered to Sanjay Dutt. But he refused to work in this film.
3) The film was later remade in Telugu with the title Nakshatra Poratam.
4) Director Rajeev Rai and Sonam came close on the sets of this film and later both got married.
5) This film was copied in the 1996 film Rangbaaz. Mithun Chakraborty played a triple role in the film Rangbaaz and this triple role was inspired by the character of Sunny Deol, Jackie Shroff and Naseeruddin Shah in the film Tridev.
6) This film was the only superhit film of Sonam’s career.
7) This was the only film of Madhuri Dixit and Jackie Shroff in which they played the role of brother sister.
8) After the success of this film, Rajiv Rai wanted to take the same star cast in the film Vishwatma as well. But Jackie Shroff, Sangeeta Bijlani and Madhuri Dixit refused to work in the film Vishwatma. Then they were replaced by Chunky Pandey, Jyotsna Singh and Divya Bharti.
9) This film was stuck for 3 months due to some censor problem.
10) Before Naseeruddin Shah, his role was offered to Mithun Chakraborty. But due to dates, he refused to work in this film.
त्रिदेव फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) इस फिल्म में सोनम ने राजा मुराद की बेटी का रोल निभाया था. जबकि रियल लाइफ में वे राजा मुराद की भांजी है.
2) जैकी श्रॉफ से पहले रवि माथुर का रोल संजय दत्त को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
3) इस फिल्म का रीमेक बाद में तेलुगु में भी बनाया गया था जिसका टाइटल नक्षत्र पोरटम था.
4) डायरेक्टर राजीव राय और सोनम इसी फिल्म के सेट्स पर करीब आये थे फिर बाद में दोनों ने शादी भी कर ली थी.
5) इस फिल्म को सन 1996 में आयी फिल्म रंगबाज़ में कॉपी किया गया था. मिथुन चक्रबोर्ती ने रंगबाज़ फिल्म में ट्रिपल रोल निभाया था और ये ट्रिपल रोल त्रिदेव फिल्म के सनी देओल, जैकी श्रॉफ और नसीरुद्दीन शाह के करैक्टर से इंस्पायर्ड था.
6) ये फिल्म सोनम के करियर की एकमात्र सुपरहिट फिल्म थी.
7) ये माधुरी दीक्षित और जैकी श्रॉफ की एकमात्र फिल्म थी जिसमे उन्होंने भाई बहन का रोल निभाया था.
8) इस फिल्म की सफलता के बाद राजीव राय विश्वात्मा फिल्म में भी वही स्टार कास्ट को लेना चाहते थे. लेकिन जैकी श्रॉफ, संगीता बिजलानी और माधुरी दीक्षित ने विश्वात्मा फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था. फिर उनकी जगह चंकी पांडे, ज्योत्स्ना सिंह और दिव्या भर्ती को लिया गया था.
9) ये फिल्म कुछ सेंसर प्रॉब्लम के चलते 3 महीने तक अटकी थी.
10) नसीरुद्दीन शाह से पहले उनका रोल मिथुन चक्रबोर्ती को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन डेट्स ने होने के कारण उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
