1) Before the IT film’s release in 2017, The Ring was the highest grossing film in the horror genre.
2) When the DVD of the movie The Ring was released, more than 2 lakh copies of the DVD of this film were sold within 24 hours of it.
3) There was no credit of name in the film’s starting nor any title cards in the starting of this film. In the film’s opening, it simply shows the logo of Dream Work and the film starts.
4) The film was a remake of the 1998 Japanese film Ringu. It is said that the Japanese movie Ringu was even more scary than the movie The Ring.
5) After the tremendous success of this film, Hollywood made remakes of many more horror Japanese films. You may have also seen horror films like The Grudge, Dark Water and Pulse and all these were remakes of Japanese horror films.
6) Earlier the title of this film was kept simply ring but before release it was given the ring by putting it in front of it.

1) सन 2017 में इट फिल्म के रिलीज़ होने से पहले द रिंग फिल्म हॉरर जॉनर में सबसे ज्यादा कमाई करने वाली फिल्म रही थी.
2) जब द रिंग फिल्म की डीवीडी रिलीज़ हुयी थी, उसके 24 घंटे के अंदर ही इस फिल्म की डीवीडी के 2 लाख से भी ज्यादा कॉपीस बिक गयी थी.
3) इस फिल्म के स्टार्टिंग में किसी के भी नाम का न कोई क्रेडिट था और न ही कोई टाइटल कार्ड था. फिल्म के स्टार्टिंग में बस ड्रीम वर्क का लोगो दिखाता है और फिल्म चालू हो जाती है.
4) ये फिल्म 1998 में आयी जापानीज फिल्म रिंगू की रीमेक थे. बताया जाता है की जापानीज फिल्म रिंग इस द रिंग फिल्म से और भी बहुत ज्यादा डरावनी थी.
5) इस फिल्म की जबरदस्त सफलता के बाद हॉलीवुड वालो ने और भी कई हॉरर जापानीज फिल्मो के रीमेक बनाये थे. द ग्रज, डार्क वाटर और पल्स जैसी हॉरर फिल्म्स भी आपने देखा होगा और ये सभी भी जापानीज हॉरर फिल्म्स की रीमेक थी.
6) पहले इस फिल्म का टाइटल बस रिंग रखा गया था लेकिन रिलीज़ से पहले इसके आगे द लगा कर द रिंग कर दिया गया था.
