Plot Synopsis :
A carefree young man ( Prabhas ) drowning in financial troubles decides to sell off his long-abandoned ancestral mansion for quick cash. Upon arriving, he discovers the grand estate is haunted by the restless spirit of his powerful grandfather ( Sanjay Dutt ), who guards its secrets fiercely. Blending romance, chills, and laughter, the story follows his thrilling battle to reclaim his legacy while uncovering hidden family truths and supernatural chaos.

Some Details & Facts :
This film marks Malavika Mohanan’s debut in Tollywood ( Telugu Film ). This is the first film collaboration between Prabhas and director Maruthi.
The film was initially titled ” Raja Deluxe ” and was to be produced by DVV Entertainment, but later the project went to People Media Factory production company, and the title was changed to ” The Rajasaab “.
No film starring Prabhas was released in 2025 and film of his has finally been released after a year gap . Although he had a cameo in the 2025 film Kannappa, and Bahubali : The Epic was released that year, there was no original film with him as lead role.
