Padmaavat Movie Unknown Facts :
1) Deepika Padukone charged 12 crores fees for this film.
2) The film was based on the poem Padmavat written by Mohammad Jayasi in 1540.
3) When the film was being shot in Rajasthan, the sets of this film were shattered several times by the Karni Sena. After which the sets were removed from Rajasthan and made in Mumbai itself and the rest of the shooting was done in Mumbai itself.
4) 160 crores of insurance was done for this film. If the film losses under any circumstances after the release of the film.
5) Sanjay Leela Bhansali wanted to make this film many years ago. Then he wanted to cast Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai in this film. But then Salman and Aishwarya Rai had a breakup. Salman Khan agreed to work in this film. But Aishwarya Rai had a condition that Salman Khan should play a negative role in this film. But Salman Khan refused to play the negative role. So the film was shelved then.
6) Ranveer Singh imprisoned himself for 21 days in his own apartment to come to Alauddin Khilji’s character. At that time, he did not even meet anyone, and he used to keep acting for Alauddin Khilji just day and night. After the shooting was over, Ranveer Singh had to take the support of a psychiatrist to come out of Alauddin Khilji’s character. Because he were deeply immersed in Alauddin Khilji’s character.
7) Hrithik Roshan was first offered the role of Raja Ratan Singh. But he refused to act in the film.
8) During the shooting, Karni Sena attacked Sanjay Leela Bhansali once. Karni Sena people said that history has been tampered in this film. They also said that Padmavati and Alauddin Khilji’s romantic angle has also been shown in this film. Even before its release, Karni Sena demonstrated and vandalized in many places. Seeing the anger of the Karni army, Sanjay Leela Bhansali also held the premiere for the Karni army. He wanted to show them that no tampering has been done in the film. The anger of the Karni Sena was reduced by then.
9) The film was banned in Malaysia because the Muslim ruler was portrayed as bad in the film.
10) The title of this film was earlier kept as Padmavati. But after much controversy, the title of the film was changed from Padmavati to Padmaavat.
11) When the Ghoomar song of this film was released on YouTube. Then there was a lot of controversy about this song too. Deepika’s waist was shown too much in the song. Because Deepika played the role of Rani Padmavati in this film, Karni Sena’s people became even more angry with this song. After which the song was removed from YouTube and re-released by editing and then Deepika’s waist was covered.
12) This film was first to be released on 17 November 2017. Then the release date of this film was moved to December. The film’s release date was once again moved to 25 January 2018. Akshay Kumar’s film Padman was also going to be released on the same day. But Sanjay Leela Bhansali had requested Akshay Kumar to pursue the release date of Padman and Akshay Kumar agreed. Padman was released on 9 February next month.
13) The jewellery that Deepika Padukone wore in the Ghoomar song was 3 kg.
14) This film was the third film of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh under the direction of Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Earlier, the three had also worked together in the film Ram Leela and Bajirao Mastani. While it was Shahid Kapoor’s first film with Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

पद्मावत फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) इस फिल्म के लिए दीपिका पादुकोण ने 12 करोड़ की फीस ली थी.
2) ये फिल्म मालिक मोहम्मद जायसी की कविता पद्मावत पर आधारित थी. जिसे सन 1540 में लिखा गया था.
3) जब इस फिल्म की शूटिंग राजस्थान में हो रही थी तब इस फिल्म के सेट्स को करणी सेना वालों ने कई बार तोड़ा था. जिसके बाद राजस्थान से सेट्स हटाकर मुंबई में ही बनाया गया था और बाकी बची शूटिंग को मुंबई के सेट्स में ही किया गया था.
4) इस फिल्म के लिए 160 करोड़ का बीमा कराया गया था. यदि फिल्म रिलीज़ होने के बाद किसी भी हालात में फिल्म को घाटा होता है.
5) इस फिल्म को संजय लीला भंसाली बहुत सालों पहले ही बनाना चाहते थे. तब वे इस फिल्म में सलमान खान और ऐश्वर्या राय को लेना चाहते थे. लेकिन तब सलमान और ऐश्वर्या राय का ब्रेकअप हो चूका था. सलमान खान इस फिल्म में काम करने के लिए तो मान गए. लेकिन ऐश्वर्या राय ने एक शर्त रखी थी की इस फिल्म में सलमान खान नेगेटिव रोल करें. लेकिन सलमान खान ने नेगेटिव रोल करने से मना कर दिया था. इसलिए फिल्म तब शेल्वेड हो गयी थी.
6) अलाउदीन खिलजी के करैक्टर में आने के लिए रणवीर सिंह ने अपने आप को खुद के ही अपार्टमेंट में 21 दिनों के लिए कैद कर लिया था. तब वे किसी से मिलते भी नहीं थे और दिन रात बस अलाउदीन खिलजी की एक्टिंग करते रहते थे. शूटिंग ख़त्म होने के बाद अलाउदीन खिलजी के करैक्टर से बहार आने के लिए रणवीर सिंह को साइकेट्रिस्ट का सहारा लेना पड़ा था. क्योंकि वे अलाउदीन खिलजी के करैक्टर में बहुत ज्यादा अंदर तक डूब गए थे.
7) रितिक रोशन को पहले राजा रतन सिंह का रोल ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
8) शूटिंग के दौरान करणी सेना वालों ने संजय लीला भंसाली पर एक बार हमला भी किया था. करणी सेना वालों का कहना था की इस फिल्म में इतिहास से छेड़छाड़ किया गया है. उनका ये भी कहना था की इस फिल्म में पद्मावती और अलाउदीन खिलजी का रोमांटिक एंगल भी दिखाया गया है. रिलीज़ होने से पहले भी कई जगहों पर करणी सेना वालो ने प्रदर्शन और तोड़फोड़ किया था. करणी सेना वालों का गुस्सा देखते हुए संजय लीला भंसाली ने करणी सेना वालों के लिए प्रीमियर भी रखा था. वे उन्हें दिखाना चाहते थे की फिल्म में कोई भी छेड़छाड़ नहीं की गयी है. तब जाकर करणी सेना वालों का गुस्सा कम हुआ था.
9) इस फिल्म को मलेशिया में बैन कर दिया गया था क्योंकि मुस्लिम रूलर को फिल्म में बुरा दिखाया गया था.
10) इस फिल्म का टाइटल पहले पद्मावती रखा गया था. लेकिन बहुत कंट्रोवर्सी होने के बाद इस फिल्म का टाइटल पद्मावती से बदलकर पद्मावत कर दिया गया था.
11) इस फिल्म का जब घूमर गाना यूट्यूब में रिलीज़ हुआ था. तब इस गाने को लेकर भी बहुत कंट्रोवर्सी हुयी थी. गाने में दीपिका का कमर कुछ ज्यादा ही दिखाया गया था. क्योंकि इस फिल्म में दीपिका ने रानी पद्मावती का रोल निभाया था इसलिए करणी सेना वाले इस गाने से और भी ज्यादा गुस्सा हो गए थे. जिसके बाद इस गाने को यूट्यूब से हटाकर एडिट कर के फिर से रिलीज़ किया गया था और तब दीपिका का कमर ढक दिया गया था.
12) ये फिल्म पहले 17 नवंबर 2017 को रिलीज़ होने वाली थी. फिर इस फिल्म के रिलीज़ डेट को आगे बढ़ाकर दिसंबर कर दिया गया था. फिल्म के रिलीज़ डेट को एक बार फिर से आगे बढ़ाकर 25 जनवरी 2018 में कर दिया गया था. उसी दिन अक्षय कुमार की फिल्म पैडमान भी रिलीज़ होने वाली थी. लेकिन संजय लीला भंसाली ने अक्षय कुमार से रिक्वेस्ट कर के पैडमान की रिलीज़ डेट को आगे बढ़ाने को कहा था और अक्षय कुमार मान गए थे. पैडमान अगले महीने 9 फेब्रुअरी को रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
13) इस फिल्म के घूमर गाने में दीपिका पादुकोण ने जो जेवर पहने थे वो 3 किलो के थे.
14) ये फिल्म दीपिका पादुकोण और रणवीर सिंह की संजय लीला भंसाली के डायरेक्शन में बनी तीसरी फिल्म थी. इससे पहले तीनो ने साथ में राम लीला और बाजिराओ मस्तानी फिल्म में भी काम किया था. जबकि शाहिद कपूर की संजय लीला भंसाली के साथ में ये पहली फिल्म थी.
15) इस फिल्म में रणवीर सिंह ने पहली बार नेगेटिव रोल निभाया था.

17) घूमर गाने की शूटिंग को चार दिन में पूरा किया गया था. दीपिका ने एक बार कहा था की घूमर गाना उनके करियर का सबसे मुश्किल गाना था.
