1) Priyanka Chopra was to play the role of Jazz in this film. But at the behest of Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar removed Priyanka Chopra and took Katrina Kaif.
2) The sequel of this film Namaste England was released in 2018. In which Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra were seen. But this film was a flop at the box office.
3) In 2009, an unofficial Bengali remake of this film was made. Whose title was “Paran Jai Jaliya Re”. The screening of this film was banned by the Kolkata High Court. Because the producer of the film Namastey London had filed a petition in the court.
4) Akshay Kumar once said that the story of this film was based on the true story of his friend.
5) This film was the first film of Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif together. After this, both of them also worked together in the films Welcome, De Dana Dan, Singh Is King, Blue and Tees Maar Khan. Another film Suryavanshi is also going to be released together.
6) This was the first film in which Katrina Kaif’s voice was not dubbed. She herself gave her voice in this film.
7) Upen Patel’s voice in this film was dubbed.

नमस्ते लंदन फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) इस फिल्म में जाज का रोल पहले प्रियंका चोपड़ा निभाने वाली थी. लेकिन सलमान खान के कहने पर अक्षय कुमार ने प्रियंका चोपड़ा को हटवाकर कैटरीना कैफ को लिया था.
2) सन 2018 में इस फिल्म की सीक्वल नमस्ते इंग्लैंड रिलीज़ हुयी थी. जिसमे अर्जुन कपूर और परिणीति चोपड़ा नज़र आये थे. लेकिन ये फिल्म बॉक्स ऑफिस में बुरी तरह से फ्लॉप रही थी.
3) सन 2009 में इस फिल्म का अनऑफिसियल बंगाली रीमेक बनाया गया था. जिसका टाइटल ” परन जय जलीय रे ” था. कोलकाता हाई कोर्ट ने इस फिल्म की स्क्रीनिंग पर रोक लगा दिया था. क्योंकि नमस्ते लंदन फिल्म के प्रोडूसर ने कोर्ट में पेटिशन फाइल किया था.
4) अक्षय कुमार ने एक बार कहा था की इस फिल्म की कहानी उनके दोस्त की सच्ची कहानी पर बेस्ड थी.
5) ये फिल्म अक्षय कुमार और कैटरीना कैफ की साथ में पहली फिल्म थी. इसके बाद दोनों ने साथ में वेलकम, दे दाना दन, सींग इस किंग, ब्लू और तीस मार खान फिल्म में भी काम किया था. दोनों की साथ में एक और फिल्म सूर्यवंशी भी रिलीज़ होने वाली है.
6) ये पहली फिल्म थी जिसमे कैटरीना कैफ की आवाज़ को डब नहीं किया गया था. इस फिल्म में उन्होंने खुद अपनी आवाज़ दी थी.
7) इस फिल्म में उपेन पटेल की आवाज़ को डब किया गया था.
8) उपेन पटेल से पहले इस फिल्म में विवेक ओबेरॉय को साइन किया गया था. लेकिन छोटा रोल होने के कारण बाद में वे इस फिल्म से हट गए थे.
