Musafir Movie Unknown Facts :
1) This film was the first film of Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt together. While both had been in the film industry for 20 years and they worked together for the first time in 20 years.
2) This film was a Hindi remake of the 1997 Hollywood film U Turn.
3) In this film, Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Pancholi worked together again after four years. The last film of both was Jung which was released in the year 2000.
4) When this film was launched in the year 2001, then its title was kept as ” Musafir Hoon Yaaron “. Then in this film, Jackie Shroff was going to be seen in place of Sanjay Dutt and John Abraham was going to be seen in place of Anil Kapoor. So Sushmita Sen and Isha Koppikar were going to be seen in place of Sameera Reddy and Koena Mitra. But due to some reason this film could not be made then. Then later it was made with new starcast and new title.
5) Before Aditya Pancholi, his role was offered to Sunil Shetty. But he refused to work in this film.
6) This film was the debut film of Koena Mitra. He played the role of Lara in this film. Although he did an item song in the film Road before this film.
7) After Trimurti’s controversy, this film was the first film of Anil Kapoor and Aditya Pancholi together.
8) Director Sanjay Gupta and Sameera Reddy were having an affair during the shooting of this film.

मुसाफिर फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) ये फिल्म अनिल कपूर और संजय दत्त की साथ में पहली फिल्म थी. जबकि दोनों को फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में आये 20 साल हो चुके थे और 20 साल में उन्होंने पहले बार साथ काम किया था.
2) ये फिल्म सन 1997 में आयी हॉलीवुड फिल्म यू टर्न की हिंदी रीमेक थी.
3) इस फिल्म में संजय दत्त और आदित्य पंचोली ने चार साल बाद फिर से साथ काम किया था. दोनों की आखरी फिल्म जंग थी जो सन 2000 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
4) जब ये फिल्म सन 2001 में लांच हुयी थी तब इसका टाइटल मुसाफिर हूँ यारों रखा गया था. तब इस फिल्म में संजय दत्त की जगह जैकी श्रॉफ और अनिल कपूर की जगह जॉन अब्राहम नज़र आने वाले थे. तो समीरा रेड्डी और कोएना मित्रा की जगह सुष्मिता सेन और ईशा कोप्पिकर नज़र आने वाले थे. लेकिन कुछ कारण से ये फिल्म तब नहीं बन पायी थी. फिर बाद में नए स्टारकास्ट और नए टाइटल के साथ इसे बनाया गया था.
5) आदित्य पंचोली से पहले उनका रोल सुनील शेट्टी को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
6) ये फिल्म कोएना मित्रा के डेब्यू फिल्म थी. उन्होंने इस फिल्म में लारा का रोल निभाया था. हालाँकि उन्होंने इस फिल्म से पहले रोड फिल्म में एक आइटम सांग किया था.
7) त्रिमूर्ति वाले कंट्रोवर्सी के बाद ये फिल्म अनिल कपूर और आदित्य पंचोली की साथ में पहले फिल्म थी.
