1) The title of this film was previously titled Awaaz. But later it was changed to Meri Aawaz Suno for some reason.

2) This film was director Rajendra Singh Babu’s debut film in Bollywood. After this film, he directed many more Bollywood films.

3) The film was a Hindi remake of the 1981 Kannada film Antha.

4) Hema Malini was pregnant during the shooting of this film and in this film she also played the role of pregnant woman.

5) When this film was released, there was a lot of controversy. Due to which the film was banned. Then some scenes from the film were cut and released again.

6) Before Vijay Arora, Kulwant’s role was offered to Raj Babbar and before Tamanna, Jeetendra’s sister Shobha’s role was offered to Sarika. But both of them refused to act in this film.

7) Jeetendra played a double role in this film. He played the roles of Sushil Kumar and Kanwarlal in this film.

1) इस फिल्म का टाइटल पहले आवाज़ रखा गया था. लेकिन बाद में कुछ कारण से इसे बदल कर मेरी आवाज़ सुनो कर दिया गया था.

2) ये फिल्म डायरेक्टर राजेंद्र सिंह बाबू की बॉलीवुड में डेब्यू फिल्म थी. इस फिल्म के बाद उन्होंने और भी कई बॉलीवुड फिल्मे डायरेक्ट की थी.

3) ये फिल्म सन 1981 में आयी कन्नड़ा फिल्म अन्था की हिंदी रीमेक थी.

4) इस फिल्म की शूटिंग के दौरान हेमा मालिनी प्रेग्नेंट थी और इस फिल्म में भी उन्होंने प्रेग्नेंट औरत का रोल निभाया था.

5) जब ये फिल्म रिलीज़ हुयी थी तब बहुत कंट्रोवर्सी हुयी थी. जिसके चलते फिल्म को बैन कर दिया गया था. फिर बाद में इस फिल्म से कुछ सीन्स को कट कर के फिर से रिलीज़ किया गया था.
