Plot Synopsis :
Three frustrated husbands – Amar (Riteish Deshmukh), Prem (Aftab Shivdasani), and Meet (Vivek Oberoi) – are fed up with their dull, nagging marriages filled with endless chores, bills, and zero excitement. One night, they cook up a wild scheme : fake a “spiritual retreat” to escape to Goa for three days of pure masti – beaches, parties, and a secret VIP invite to a superstar DJ’s bash. But as soon as they land, chaos erupts – mistaken identities, crazy mix-ups, and twists that turn their fun trip into a hilarious nightmare. What starts as liberation ends in total unexpected mayhem !

The previous three parts of the Masti series were directed by Indra Kumar while this Mastiii 4 has been directed by Milap Zaveri.
