1) This film was Twinkle Khanna’s last film. He then retired from films.
2) In this film, Johnny Lever played the role of Aslam Bhai and his acting was very much liked in this film. For which he received the Zee Cine Award for Best Comedian.
3) The title of this film was previously kept as a jackpot. But it was later changed for some reason.
4) In this film, Manoj Bajpai was going to be seen in the place of Saif Ali Khan, then Neha was going to be seen in place of Twinkle Khanna. But Neha left the film for some reason. Hence, Manoj Bajpai also left this film.
5) This film was the official Hindi remake of the 1993 Telugu film Money.

1) ये फिल्म ट्विंकल खन्ना की आखरी फिल्म थी. इसके बाद उन्होंने फिल्मो से रिटायरमेंट ले लिया.
2) इस फिल्म में जॉनी लीवर ने असलम भाई का रोल निभाया था और उनकी एक्टिंग को इस फिल्म में बहुत पसंद किया गया था. जिसके लिए उन्हें बेस्ट कॉमेडियन का जी सिने अवार्ड मिला था.
3) इस फिल्म का टाइटल पहले जैकपोट रखा गया था. लेकिन कुछ कारण से बाद में इसे बदल दिया गया था.
4) इस फिल्म में पहले सैफ अली खान की जगह मनोज बाजपयी नज़र आने वाले थे, तो ट्विंकल खन्ना की जगह नेहा नज़र आने वाली थी. लेकिन कुछ कारण से नेहा इस फिल्म से हट गयी थी. इसलिए मनोज बाजपयी ने भी ये फिल्म छोड़ दी थी.
