1) The film received positive reviews from all critics and audiences. Many trade experts also said that even if this movies was released in the theater, it would have been difficult to be a hit. Because Kunal Khemu is not able to bring audiences alone to the theater.
2) The shooting of this film started in July 2019 and the film was to be released in April 2020. But due to Corona virus, the film was later released on the OTT platform Disney Hotstar.
3) This film was first offered to Varun Dhawan. But he was turned down for being busy.
4) Kunal Khemu did the shooting of this film and the shooting of Kalank film together.
5) Apart from Vidyut Jamwal, Kunal Khemu was also not invited by Disney Hotstar at the event. Due to which Kunal Khemu was also very sad.
6) Amitabh Bachchan praised Kunal Khemu after watching this film.
लूटकेस फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) इस फिल्म को क्रिटिक और ऑडियंस सभी से पॉजिटिव रिव्यु मिले थे. कई ट्रेड एक्सपर्ट का ये भी कहना था की अगर ये फिल्म थिएटर में रिलीज़ होती तो भी इस फिल्म का हिट होना मुश्किल होता. क्योंकि कुणाल खेमू अकेले ऑडियंस को थिएटर तक लाने में कामयाब नहीं हो पाते.
2) इस फिल्म की शूटिंग जुलाई सन 2019 में शुरू हुए थी और ये फिल्म अप्रैल 2020 में रिलीज़ होने वाली थी. लेकिन कोरोना वायरस के चलते इस फिल्म को बाद में ओटीटी प्लेटफार्म डिज्नी हॉटस्टार में रिलीज़ किया गया था.
3) इस फिल्म का ऑफर पहले वरुण धवन को हुआ था. लेकिन बिजी होने के कारण उन्होंने ये ऑफर ठुकरा दिया था.
4) कुणाल खेमू ने इस फिल्म की शूटिंग को और कलंक फिल्म की शूटिंग को साथ में किया था.
5) विद्युत् जम्वाल के अलावा कुणाल खेमू को भी डिज्नी हॉटस्टार वालो ने इवेंट में इन्वाइट नहीं किया था. जिससे कुणाल खेमू को भी बहुत दुःख हुआ था.
