1) This film was Prakash Raj’s second Bollywood film and his voice was dubbed in this film. Prakash Raj’s first Bollywood film was Shakti the Power which was released in the year 2002.
2) This film was Ajay Devgan and Akshay Kumar’s second film together. Earlier, both had worked together in the film Suhaag which was released in 1994.
3) Jaya Prada had a big role in this film earlier. But her husband was ill at the time of shooting and was admitted in the hospital, due to which her role was later shortened.
4) Before Tusshar Kapoor, his role was offered to Akshaye Khanna. But he refused to work in this film. Because there was a scene in this film in which Akshaye Khanna had to slap Amitabh Bachchan. But this scene was not liked by Akshaye Khanna and he did not want to slap Amitabh Bachchan.
5) Aishwarya Rai’s leg was fractured due to a jeep accident during the shooting of this film.
6) Before Amitabh Bachchan, his role was offered to Dharmendra . But due to some reason he refused to work in this film.

खाकी फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) ये फिल्म प्रकाश राज की दूसरी बॉलीवुड फिल्म थी और उनकी आवाज़ को इस फिल्म में डब किया गया था. प्रकाश राज की पहली बॉलीवुड फिल्म शक्ति द पावर थी जो सन 2002 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
2) ये फिल्म अजय देवगन और अक्षय कुमार की साथ में दूसरी फिल्म थी. इससे पहले दोनों ने साथ में सुहाग फिल्म में काम किया था जो सन 1994 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
3) इस फिल्म में पहले जया प्रदा का बड़ा रोल था. लेकिन शूटिंग के समय उनके पति बीमार थे और अस्पताल में एडमिट थे जिसके कारण बाद में उनके रोल को छोटा कर दिया गया था.
4) तुषार कपूर से पहले उनका रोल अक्षय खन्ना को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था. क्योंकि इस फिल्म में एक सीन था जिसमे अक्षय खन्ना को अमिताभ बच्चन को थप्पड़ मरना था. लेकिन ये सीन अक्षय खन्ना को ठीक नहीं लगा था और वे अमिताभ बच्चन को थप्पड़ नहीं मारना चाहते थे.
5) इस फिल्म की शूटिंग के दौरान जीप का एक्सीडेंट होने से ऐश्वर्या राय का पैर फ्रैक्चर हो गया था.
6) अमिताभ बच्चन से पहले उनका रोल धर्मेंद्र को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन कुछ कारण से उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
7) अक्षय कुमार से पहले शेखर वर्मा का रोल अजय देवगन को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में नेगेटिव रोल को चुना था.

10) इस फिल्म के बाद राजकुमार संतोषी ने सिपाही टाइटल से एक फिल्म लॉन्चेड की थी. जिसमे अक्षय कुमार, जया प्रदा और अजय देवगन नज़र आने वाले थे. लेकिन ये फिल्म मुहूर्त के बाद ही शेल्वेड हो गयी थी.
