1) The remake of this film was also made in Tamil in 1985. The title of this film was Mangamma Sabdham and Kamal Haasan appeared in the lead role in this film.
2) In this film, Smita Patel played the role of Mithun Chakraborty’s mother. While in real life, she was 5 years younger than Mithun.
3) The song “Jeena Bhi Kya Jeena” from this film was inspired by Michael Jackson’s album song ” thriller “.
4) The poster of Anurag Kashyap’s “Gangs of Wasseypur” film featured Mithun’s film “Kasam Paida Karne Wale Ki”. In that poster, ‘ a ‘ alphabet was removed from word ‘Kasam’ and ‘Karne’ in the title.

1) इस फिल्म का रीमेक सन 1985 में तमिल में भी बनाया गया था. इस फिल्म का टाइटल मंगम्मा सबधाम था और इस फिल्म में कमल हासन लीड रोल में नज़र आये थे.
2) इस फिल्म में स्मिता पटेल ने मिथुन चक्रबोर्ती की माँ का रोल निभाया था. जबकि रियल लाइफ में तब वे मिथुन से 5 साल छोटी थी.
3) इस फिल्म का ” जीना भी क्या जीना ” वाला गाना माइकल जैक्सन के थ्रिलर टाइटल वाले एल्बम गाने से इंस्पायर्ड था.
