1) This film was the second film of Divya Bharti and Govinda together. The first film together was Shola and Shabnam. Which was released in February in the same year.
2) The film was a Hindi remake of the 1990 Kannada film Shivashankar and both films were remakes of Jackie Chan’s film Heart of the Dragon which was came in 1985.
3) Govinda played double role in this film for the second time. He first played the double role in Gentleman film. Which was released in 1989.
4) The film was directed and produced by Anand, uncle of Govinda.
5) The title of this film was earlier titled ‘Jaan Ki Kasam’. But this title was already copyrighted. Hence, its title was later changed to Jaan Se Pyara.

1) ये फिल्म दिव्या भारती और गोविंदा की साथ में दूसरी फिल्म थी. दोनों की साथ में पहली फिल्म शोला और शबनम थी. जो उसी साल फरवरी में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
2) ये फिल्म सन 1990 में आयी कन्नड़ा फिल्म शिवाशंकर की हिंदी रीमेक थी और दोनों ही फिल्में सन 1985 में आयी जैकी चैन की फिल्म हार्ट ऑफ़ ड्रैगन की रीमेक थी.
3) इस फिल्म में गोविंदा ने दूसरी बार डबल रोल निभाया था. उन्होंने पहली बार डबल रोल जेंटलमैन फिल्म में निभाया था. जो सन 1989 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
4) इस फिल्म को गोविंदा के अंकल आनंद ने डायरेक्ट और प्रोडूस किया था.
5) इस फिल्म का टाइटल पहले ‘ जान की कसम ‘ रखा गया था. लेकिन ये टाइटल पहले ही कॉपीराइटेड था. इसलिए बाद में इसके टाइटल को बदलकर जान से प्यारा कर दिया गया था.
