1) This film was inspired by the 1999 Hollywood film “Analyze This”.
2) This film was the first film of Sanjay Dutt and Amitabh Bachchan together. After this both of them also worked together in the films Kaante, Deewar, Viruddh and Aladdin.
3) Aishwarya Rai played the role of Amitabh Bachchan’s sister in this film and played the role of daughter in Mohabbatein. Whereas in real Aishwarya Rai is the daughter-in-law of Amitabh Bachchan.
4) This film was later remade in Kannada also titled “Dhan Dhana Dhan” and this film was released in the year 2011.
5) The role of Raja was offered to Salman Khan before Ajay Devgan. But he refused to work in this film.
6) Before Aishwarya Rai, her role was offered to Karishma Kapoor. But she refused to work in this film.
7) This film was the first film of Sanjay Dutt and Aishwarya Rai together. After this both of them also worked together in the film Shabd which was released in 2005.
8) Sanjay Dutt asked Mahesh Manjrekar to remake the film after watching “Analyze This”. But Mahesh Manjrekar was not interested in this film. Then Sanjay asked David Dhawan to remake the film and he agreed.
9) This film was Ajay Devgan’s first film with David Dhawan. After this Ajay Devgan also worked in David Dhawan’s Rascals film.

1) ये फिल्म सन 1999 में आयी हॉलीवुड फिल्म ” एनालाइज दिस ” से इंस्पायर्ड थी.
2) ये फिल्म संजय दत्त और अमिताभ बच्चन की साथ में पहली फिल्म थी. इसके बाद दोनों ने साथ में कांटे, दीवार, विरुद्ध और अलादीन फिल्म में भी काम किया था.
3) इस फिल्म में ऐश्वर्या राय ने अमिताभ बच्चन की बहन का रोल निभाया था तो मोहब्बतें फिल्म में बेटी का रोल निभाया था. जबकि रियल में ऐश्वर्या राय अमिताभ बच्चन की बहु है.
4) इस फिल्म का रीमेक बाद में कन्नड़ा में भी बनाया गया था जिसका टाइटल ” धन धना धन ” था और ये फिल्म सन 2011 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
5) अजय देवगन से पहले राजा का रोल सलमान खान को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
