Hera Pheri Movie Unknown Facts :
1) Before Suniel Shetty, Sanjay Dutt was signed in this film, but at that time, Sanjay Dutt had to go to court everyday. Therefore, he had withdrawn from this film and he had suggested the name of Sunil Shetty to the makers of this film.
2) Before Tabu, his role was offered to Karisma Kapoor but he refused to work in this film. Then this role was also offered to Mamta Kulkarni, but nothing happened to her.
3) Paresh Rawal’s Baburao Ganpat Rao Apte has become an iconic character of Bollywood.
4) Raveena Tandon was signed for the item song in this film but later makers removed her for some reason and signed Namrata Shirodkar in place of raveena tandon.
5) The film was a Hindi remake of the 1989 Malayalam film Ramji Rao Speaking.
6) This film was the first film of Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Sunil Shetty under the direction of Priyadarshan, later the three have worked in more films with Priyadarshan.

हेरा फेरी से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) सुनील शेट्टी से पहले संजय दत्त को इस फिल्म में साईन किया गया था पर उस समय कोर्ट में संजय दत्त को रोज हाजरी देने जाना पड़ता था. इसलिए फिर वे इस फिल्म से हट गए थे और उन्होंने ही सुनील शेट्टी का नाम इस फिल्म के मेकर्स को सुझाया था.
2) तब्बू से पहले उनका रोल करिश्मा कपूर को ऑफर हुआ था पर उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था. फिर ये रोल ममता कुलकर्णी को भी ऑफर हुआ था पर उनसे भी कुछ बात नहीं बनी.
3) परेश रावल का बाबूराव गणपत राओ आप्टे का ये करैक्टर बॉलीवुड का एक आइकोनिक करैक्टर बन के रह गया है.
4) रवीना टंडन को इस फिल्म में आइटम सॉन्ग के लिए साईन किया गया था पर कुछ कारण से बाद में उन्हें हटाकर नम्रता शिरोडकर को लिया गया था.
5) ये फिल्म 1989 में आयी मलयालम फिल्म रामजी राव स्पीकिंग की हिंदी रीमेक थी.
6) ये फिल्म अक्षय कुमार, परेश रावल और सुनील शेट्टी की प्रियदर्शन के डायरेक्शन में बनी पहली फिल्म थी, इसके बाद तीनो ने प्रियदर्शन के साथ और भी फिल्मों में काम किया है.
7) ये फिल्म अक्षय कुमार की दूसरी कॉमेडी फिल्म थी, इससे पहले उनकी फिल्म मिस्टर एंड मिसेस खिलाडी भी आयी थी जो सन 1997 में आयी थी.
8) इस फिल्म को शुरू शुरू में ऑडियंस नहीं मिल रही थी पर बाद में इस फिल्म को वर्ड ऑफ़ माउथ से अच्छा रिस्पांस मिला था. पर जब फिल्म ने रफ़्तार पकड़ी थी तब तक इस फिल्म के शोज कई जगहों से निकल गयी थी.
