Dhadkan Movie Unknown Facts :
1) Akshay Kumar and Shilpa Shetty were really in a relationship when the shooting of this film was going on.
2) Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan was the first to be seen in the song Dulhe Ka Sehra. But he died before the shooting of the song started. Then Kader Khan appeared in this song.
3) This film was released after four years of delay.
4) Navneet Nishan was signed for the role of Akshay Kumar’s sister in this film. Navneet Nishan was just seen in the song Dulhe Ka Sehra. Then the role of Akshay Kumar’s sister was played by Manjeet Kullar.
5) Arbaaz Khan was signed for the role of Dev before Suniel Shetty. But at the behest of the distributors, Arbaaz Khan was removed and Suniel Shetty was taken.
6) Sushmita Sen was earlier offered the role of Sheetal Verma. But she refused to work in this film. Then the role of Sheetal Verma was played by Mahima Chaudhary.
7) Even before Arbaaz Khan, Sanjay Dutt was signed in this film. But Sanjay Dutt had to go to jail. So then Arbaaz Khan was signed to replace him . But in the end, the role of Dev was played by Suniel Shetty.
8) Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan had completed the recording of the song “Dulhe Ka Sehra” in 1997 itself and died a few months later in 1997 itself.
9) Before Akshay Kumar, the role of Ram in this film was offered to Ajay Devgan. But due to lack of dates, he refused to work in this film.
10) Parmeet Sethi’s role was earlier offered to Deepak Tijori. But he refused to work in this film.
धड़कन फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) जब इस फिल्म की शूटिंग चल रही तब अक्षय कुमार और शिल्पा शेट्टी सच में रिलेशनशिप में थे.
2) दूल्हे का सेहरा गाने में पहले नुसरत फ़तेह अली खान नज़र आने वाले थे. लेकिन गाने की शूटिंग शुरू होने से पहली ही उनकी मौत हो गयी थी. फिर इस गाने में कादर खान नज़र आये थे.
3) ये फिल्म चार साल डिले होने के बाद रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
4) इस फिल्म में नवनीत निशान को अक्षय कुमार की बहन के रोल के लिए साइन किया गया था. नवनीत निशान बस दूल्हे का सेहरा गाने में नज़र आयी थी. फिर अक्षय कुमार की बहन का रोल मंजीत कुल्लर ने निभाया था.
5) सुनील शेट्टी से पहले देव के रोल के लिए अरबाज़ खान को साइन किया गया था. लेकिन डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर्स के कहने पर अरबाज़ खान को निकाल कर सुनील शेट्टी को लिया गया था.
6) सुष्मिता सेन को पहले शीतल वर्मा का रोल ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था. फिर शीतल वर्मा का रोल महिमा चौधरी ने निभाया था.
7) अरबाज़ खान से भी पहले इस फिल्म में संजय दत्त को साइन किया गया था. लेकिन संजय दत्त को जेल जाना पड़ गया था. इसलिए फिर उनकी जगह अरबाज़ खान को साइन किया गया था. लेकिन अंत में देव का रोल सुनील शेट्टी ने निभाया था.
8) नुसरत फ़तेह अली खान ने ” दूल्हे का सेहरा ” गाने की रिकॉर्डिंग को सन 1997 में ही पूरा कर लिया था और उसके कुछ महीनो बाद ही सन 1997 में ही उनकी मौत हो गयी थी.
9) अक्षय कुमार से पहले इस फिल्म में राम का रोल अजय देवगन को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन डेट्स न होने के कारण उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
