1) This film’s total production cost was 50 crores. David Dhawan and Varun Dhawan’s fees were not included in this budget. They later took a profit share of 35 crores from digital rights. So the producers had a total profit of 30 crores.
2) This film was a remake of Govinda and Karisma Kapoor’s film Coolie No.1, which came in 1995. The film was also directed by David Dhawan.
3) The film was first to be released in theaters on 1 May 2020. But due to Corona, it was decided to release this film on the OTT platform. The film was then released on 25 December on Christmas.
4) When this film was released, the imdb rating of the film reached to 1.3 and became the second lowest rated film after Sadak 2. Later many negative ratings of this film were deleted. After which the film’s imdb rating went up to 3.
5) When the trailer of this film was released on YouTube. Then the likes and dislikes count of this trailer was hide. According to some reports, it is said that the trailer of this film got the most dislikes after Sadak 2.
6) This film was the second film of Varun Dhawan and Rajpal Yadav together. Earlier, both also appeared in Judwaa 2 film. Which was released in 2017.
7) In this film, Shikha Talsania played the role of Anju. While Shikha’s father Tiku Talsania was seen as a police officer in Original Coolie No. 1.
8) In this film, Varun Dhawan gave the worst performance of his career. In this film, Varun Dhawan tried to forcefully mimic Govinda and Mithun Chakraborty but failed very badly. After this film, Varun Dhawan was trolled very badly and he was also called the biggest over actor of Bollywood.

1) इस फिल्म टोटल प्रोडक्शन कॉस्ट 50 करोड़ था. इस बजट में डेविड धवन और वरुण धवन की फीस शामिल नहीं थी. उन्होंने बाद में डिजिटल राइट्स से 35 करोड़ का प्रॉफिट शेयर लिया था. तो वहीँ प्रोडूसर्स को कुल 30 करोड़ का प्रॉफिट हुआ था.
2) ये फिल्म सन 1995 में आयी गोविंदा और करिश्मा कपूर की फिल्म कुली नंबर 1 की रीमेक थी. इस फिल्म को भी डेविड धवन ने ही डायरेक्ट किया था.
3) ये फिल्म पहले 1 मई 2020 को थिएटर में रिलीज़ होने वाली थी. लेकिन कोरोना के चलते इस फिल्म को ओटीटी प्लेटफार्म में रिलीज़ करने का फैसला किया गया था. फिर इस फिल्म को 25 दिसंबर को क्रिसमस के मौके पर रिलीज़ किया गया था.
4) जब ये फिल्म रिलीज़ हुयी थी तब इस फिल्म की imdb रेटिंग 1.3 पर पहुँच गयी थी और ये फिल्म सड़क 2 के बाद दूसरी सबसे कम रेटिंग वाली फिल्म बन गयी थी. बाद में इस फिल्म के बहुत से नेगेटिव रेटिंगस को डिलीट कर दिया गया था. जिसके बाद इस फिल्म की imdb रेटिंग 3 के उप्पर चले गयी.
5) जब इस फिल्म के ट्रेलर को यूट्यूब में रिलीज़ किया गया था. तब इस ट्रेलर के लाइक और डिसलाइक काउंट को हाईड कर दिया गया था. कुछ रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक कहा जाता है की इस फिल्म के ट्रेलर को सड़क 2 के बाद सबसे ज्यादा डिसलाइक्स मिले थे.
6) ये फिल्म वरुण धवन और राजपाल यादव की साथ में दूसरी फिल्म थी. इससे पहले दोनों जुड़वा 2 फिल्म में भी नज़र आये थे. जो सन 2017 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
7) इस फिल्म में शिका तलसानिया ने अंजू का रोल निभाया था. जबकि शिका के पिता टीकू तलसानिया ओरिजिनल कुली नंबर 1 में पुलिस अफसर बने नज़र आये थे.
8) इस फिल्म में वरुण धवन ने उनकी करियर की सबसे बेकार परफॉरमेंस दी थी. इस फिल्म में वरुण धवन ने जबरदस्ती का गोविंदा और मिथुन चक्रबोर्ती की नक़ल करने की कोशिश की थी लेकिन नाकाम रहे थे. इस फिल्म के बाद वरुण धवन को बहुत बुरी तरह से ट्रोल किया गया था और उन्हें बॉलीवुड का सबसे बड़ा ओवर एक्टर भी कहा गया था.
