Chaahat Movie Unknown Facts :
1) The remake of the film was also made later in Odia, which was titled Prem Rogi and was released in 2009.
2) In 2013, Shah Rukh Khan bought the rights ofthe film from Mahesh Bhatt for his production company Red Chillies.
3) When the film was announced, the title of this film was Awaaz. But it was later changed to chaahat.
4) The story of this film was somewhat similar to Sunny Deol’s film ghatak. In both films, the hero’s father has cancer and he is brought to the city for treatment. In both films, Hero fights with a powerful villain for his father.
5) The film was the only film of Shahrukh Khan with Pooja Bhatt.
6) In this film, Sanjay Dutt was to be taken first. But due to the Bombay Blast Case, he had to go to court so he was replaced by Shahrukh Khan.
चाहत फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) इस फिल्म का रीमेक बाद में ओड़िआ में भी बनाया गया था जिसका टाइटल प्रेम रोगी था और ये फिल्म सन 2009 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
2) सन 2013 में शाहरुख़ खान ने इस फिल्म के राइट्स को महेश भट्ट से अपनी प्रोडक्शन कंपनी रेड चिल्लीज के लिए खरीदा था.
3) जब इस फिल्म की अनाउंसमेंट हुयी थी तब इस फिल्म का टाइटल आवाज़ था. लेकिन बाद में इसे बदलकर चाहत कर दिया गया था.
4) इस फिल्म की कहानी कुछ हद तक सन्नी देओल की फिल्म घातक से मिलती जुलती थी. दोनों ही फिल्मो में हीरो के पिता को कैंसर रहता है और उन्हें इलाज़ के लिए शहर लाया जाता है. दोनों ही फिल्मो में हीरो अपने पिता के लिए एक पावरफुल विलेन से लड़ते हैं.
5) ये फिल्म शाहरुख़ खान की पूजा भट्ट के साथ में एकमात्र फिल्म थी.
6) इस फिल्म में पहले संजय दत्त का लिया जाने वाला था. लेकिन बॉम्बे ब्लास्ट केस के चलते उन्हें कोर्ट जाना पड़ता था इसलिए फिर उनकी जगह शाहरुख़ खान को लिया गया था.
