Black Movie Unknown Facts :
1) This film was inspired by the 1962 Hollywood film “The Miracle Worker”.
2) When Rani Mukherjee was offered this film. She then refused to act in this film. Because she thought that she would not be able to play this role. After which Sanjay Leela Bhansali had motivated her and then she finally agreed.
3) This film was first to be released on 10 December 2004. But for some reason the film was postponed then released in 2005.
4) In this film, Rani Mukherjee used contact lenses to hide her green eyes.
5) Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s favorite color is black and that is why he also kept the title of the film black.
6) Before Rani Mukerji, her role was offered to Kareena Kapoor. But she refused to work in this film. Because Amitabh Bachchan was in this film. After breaking the engagement of Abhishek Bachchan and Karisma Kapoor, the relationship between the two families was not good. That’s why Kareena Kapoor did not work in this film.
7) Amitabh Bachchan did not charge any fees for this film. He said that working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali is a big deal.
8) The music director of this film was first offered to AR Rehman. But he did not have dates, so he refused. Monty Sharma was then replaced.
9) The film’s assistant directors were Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor. Later both of them made their debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Saawariya.
10) This film was Ayesha Kapoor’s debut film. His second and last film was Sikander which was released in 2009.

ब्लैक फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) ये फिल्म सन 1962 में आयी हॉलीवुड फिल्म ” द मिरेकल वर्कर ” से प्रेरित थी.
2) जब रानी मुखर्जी को ये फिल्म का ऑफर हुआ था. तब उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था. क्योंकि उन्हें लगता था की वे ये रोल नहीं निभा पाएंगी. जिसके बाद संजय लीला भंसाली ने उन्हें बहुत समझाया था और फिर वे आखिर में राजी हो गयी थी.
3) ये फिल्म पहले 10 दिसंबर सन 2004 में रिलीज़ होने वाली थी. लेकिन कुछ कारण से ये फिल्म तब पोस्टपोन हो गयी थी और फिर 2005 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
4) इस फिल्म में रानी मुखर्जी ने छपने हरे आँख छुपाने के लिए कांटेक्ट लेंस लगाए थे.
5) संजय लीला भंसाली का फेवरेट कलर ब्लैक है और उन्होंने इसलिए ही इस फिल्म का टाइटल भी ब्लैक रखा था.
6) रानी मुखर्जी से पहले उनका रोल करीना कपूर को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था. क्योंकि इस फिल्म में अमिताभ बच्चन थे. अभिषेक बच्चन और करिश्मा कपूर की इंगेजमेंट टूटने के बाद दोनों परिवार के बीच के रिश्ते ठीक नहीं थे. इसलिए ही करीना कपूर ने इस फिल्म में काम नहीं किया था.
7) इस फिल्म के लिए अमिताभ बच्चन ने कोई भी फीस नहीं ली थी. उनका कहना था की संजय लीला भंसाली के साथ काम ही बहुत बड़ी बात है.
8) इस फिल्म के म्यूजिक डायरेक्टर का ऑफर सबसे पहले ए आर रेहमान को हुआ था. लेकिन उनके पास डेट्स नहीं थे इसलिए उन्होंने मना कर दिया था. फिर उनकी जगह मोंटी शर्मा को लिया गया था.
9) इस फिल्म के असिस्टेंट डायरेक्टर रणबीर कपूर और सोनम कपूर थे. बाद में दोनों ने अपना डेब्यू संजय लीला भंसाली की फिल्म सावरिया से किया था.
10) ये फिल्म आयेशा कपूर की डेब्यू फिल्म थी. उनकी दूसरी और आखरी फिल्म सिकंदर थी जो सन 2009 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
11) इस फिल्म ने फिल्मफेयर अवार्ड्स में कुल 11 अवार्ड्स जीते थे और ये फिल्म अब तक की सबसे ज्यादा फिल्मफेयर अवार्ड्स जीतने वाली फिल्म रही है.
