Bell Bottom Movie Unknown Facts :
1) This was Vaani Kapoor’s first film which was not made under Yash Raj Productions.
2) The story of this film was inspired by the true incident of hijacking which happened in the 80’s.
3) This film was the ninth film of Akshay Kumar and Lara Dutta together. Earlier, both had worked together in Andaz, Dosti, Insan, Blue, Housefull, Aan, Bhagam Bhag and Singh is bling film. Till now Lara Dutta has done maximum number of films with Akshay.
4) Due to Covid, the shooting of all the films was stopped in 2020. When the cases went down, Bell Bottom was the first Bollywood film to resume shooting during the Covid Pandemic.
5) This film was Akshay Kumar and Huma Qureshi’s second film together. Earlier, both had worked together in Jolly LLB 2, which was released in 2017.
6) This film was banned in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar countries. They said that history has been tampered in this film.
7) Bell Bottom was the first film released in theaters after the second wave of Covid. This film could not be released in Maharashtra due to Covid as theaters in Maharashtra were closed at that time.
8) This was Akshay Kumar’s first film which was released after a gap of so many years. His last film was Good Newwz which was released on 27 December 2019. Due to Covid, Akshay Kumar had to take such a long gap, otherwise his films were released in a gap of 4 to 5 months.
बेल बॉटम फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) ये वाणी कपूर की पहली फिल्म थी जो यशराज प्रोडक्शन के अंदर नहीं बनी थी.
2) इस फिल्म की कहानी हाईजैकिंग की सच्ची घटना से प्रेरित थी जो 80 के दौर में घटी थी.
3) ये फिल्म अक्षय कुमार और लारा दत्ता की साथ में नववी फिल्म थी. इससे पहले दोनों ने साथ में अंदाज़, दोस्ती, इंसान, ब्लू, हॉउसफुल, आन, भागम भाग और सिंह इस ब्लिंग फिल्म में काम किया था. अब तक लारा दत्ता ने सबसे ज्यादा फिल्म अक्षय के साथ ही की है.
4) कोविड के चलते 2020 में सभी फिल्मो की शूटिंग को रोक दिया गया था. जब केसेस थोड़े कम हुए तो बेल बॉटम ही पहली बॉलीवुड फिल्म थी, जिसने कोविड पैनडेमिक के समय शूटिंग दोबारा शुरू किया था.
5) ये फिल्म अक्षय कुमार और हुमा कुरैशी की साथ में दूसरी फिल्म थी. इससे पहले दोनों ने साथ में जौली एलएलबी 2 में काम किया था, जो सन 2017 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
6) इस फिल्म को सऊदी अरब, कुवैत और क़तर देशों में बैन कर दिया गया था. उनका कहना था की इतिहास से छेड़छाड़ की गयी है.
7) कोविड के सेकंड वेव के बाद बेल बॉटम पहली फिल्म थी जो थिएटर में रिलीज़ हुयी थी. ये फिल्म कोविड के कारण महाराष्ट्र में रिलीज़ नहीं हो पायी थी क्योंकि उस समय महाराष्ट्र के थिएटर्स बंद पड़े थे.
