1) This film was Sridevi’s first reincarnation film. In this film, she played the role of Reshma and Devi. While this was Rishi Kapoor’s second reincarnation film. His first reincarnation film was Karz which was released in 1980.
2) This film was released on the occasion of Diwali. But still it could not do anything special at the box office.

1) ये फिल्म श्रीदेवी की पहली पुर्नजन्म वाली फिल्म थी. इस फिल्म में उन्होंने रेशमा और देवी का रोल निभाया था. जबकि ऋषि कपूर की ये दूसरी पुर्नजन्म वाली फिल्म थी. उनकी पहली पुर्नजन्म वाली फिल्म क़र्ज़ थी जो सन 1980 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
2) ये फिल्म दिवाली के मौके में रिलीज़ हुयी थी. लेकिन फिर भी बॉक्स ऑफिस में कुछ ख़ास कमाल नहीं कर पायी थी.
