1) This film was the first and only film of Akshay Kumar and Nagarjuna together.
2) Sonali Bendre met Goldie Behl for the first time on the sets of this film. Later in the year 2002, both of them got married.
3) The story of this film was later used in the film footpath. Which was released in the year 2003. Aftab Shivdasani and Emraan Hashmi were seen in the film Footpath.
4) Before Pooja Bhatt, her role was offered to Manisha Koirala. But she refused to work in this film. Then this role was also offered to Mamta Kulkarni. But she too had refused. Then finally Pooja Bhatt was taken.
5) This film was Akshay Kumar and Pooja Bhatt’s first and only film together.
6) All the dangerous stunts in this film were done by Akshay Kumar himself without a body double.

1) ये फिल्म अक्षय कुमार और नागार्जुन की साथ में पहली और एकमात्र फिल्म थी.
2) सोनाली बेंद्रे इसी फिल्म के सेट्स पर पहली बार गोल्डी बहल से मिली थी. बाद में सन 2002 में दोनों ने शादी कर ली थी.
3) इस फिल्म की कहानी को बाद में फुटपाथ फिल्म में इस्तमाल किया गया था. जो सन 2003 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी. फुटपाथ फिल्म में आफताब शिवदासनी और इमरान हाश्मी नज़र आये थे.
4) पूजा भट्ट से पहले उनका रोल मनीषा कोइराला को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था. फिर ये रोल ममता कुलकर्णी को भी ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन उन्होंने भी मना कर दिया था. फिर अंत में पूजा भट्ट को लिया गया था.
