1) Salman Khan did a cameo in this film. Later Ranbir Kapoor did an item song in Salman Khan’s production film Chillar Party.
2) This film was Rajkumar Santoshi’s second comedy film. His first comedy film was Andaz Apna Apna which was released in 1994.
3) Prem’s role was offered to Shahid Kapoor before Ranbir Kapoor. But he refused to work in this film.
4) This film was an unofficial Hindi remake of the 2005 Telugu film Soggadu.
5) Upen Patel himself gave his voice in this film. Earlier his voice was dubbed.

1) इस फिल्म में सलमान खान ने कैमियो किया था. बाद में रणबीर कपूर ने सलमान खान की प्रोडक्शन में बनी फिल्म चिल्लर पार्टी में आइटम सांग किया था.
2) ये फिल्म राजकुमार संतोषी की दूसरी कॉमेडी फिल्म थी. उनकी पहली कॉमेडी फिल्म अंदाज़ अपना अपना थी जो सन 1994 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
3) रणबीर कपूर से पहले प्रेम का रोल शाहिद कपूर को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
4) ये फिल्म सन 2005 में आयी तेलुगु फिल्म सोग्गडु की अनऑफिसियल हिंदी रीमेक थी.
5) इस फिल्म में उपेन पटेल ने अपनी आवाज़ खुद दी थी. इससे पहले उनकी आवाज़ को डब किया जाता था.
