Dil To Pagal Hai Movie Unknown Facts :
1) The title of this film was earlier “Maine To Mohabbat Kar Li”. Later it was changed to “Tevar”. Then finally the title of this film was changed to “Dil To Pagal Hai”.
2) Before Madhuri Dixit, the role of Pooja was offered to Sridevi. But she refused to work in this film.
3) Before Karisma Kapoor, the role of Nisha was offered to Manisha Koirala, Raveena Tandon, Kajol and Juhi Chawla. But everyone had refused to work in this film. When this role was offered to Urmila Matondkar, she had signed this film. But she opted out from this film only 2 days after the shooting of the film started. Not all actresses wanted to play supporting actress because of Madhuri Dixit.
4) This film was Akshay Kumar’s second film with Yash Raj Productions. His first film with Yash Raj Productions was “Yeh Dillagi” which was released in 1994.
5) After the release of this film, Akshay Kumar was very angry with Yash Chopra. Because Yash Chopra had promised Akshay Kumar that he would pay him a good fee for this film. But Yash Chopra paid less fee to Akshay Kumar as promised. Due to which Akshay Kumar did not work with Yash Raj Productions for 10 years. After 10 years, Akshay Kumar worked in Yash Raj Production’s Tashan film.
6) This film was the first film of Shahrukh Khan and Akshay Kumar together. After this, both were seen together in the film “Hey Baby” but in this film Shahrukh Khan just did a cameo.

दिल तो पागल है फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) इस फिल्म का टाइटल पहले ” मैंने तो मोहब्बत कर ली ” रखा गया था. बाद में इसे बदलकर ” तेवर ” कर दिया गया था. फिर अंत में इस फिल्म का टाइटल बदलकर ” दिल तो पागल है ” कर दिया गया था.
2) माधुरी दीक्षित से पहले पूजा का रोल श्रीदेवी को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
3) करिश्मा कपूर से पहले निशा का रोल मनीषा कोइराला, रवीना टंडन, काजोल और जूही चावला को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन सभी ने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था. जब ये रोल उर्मिला मातोंडकर को ऑफर हुआ था तो उन्होंने ये फिल्म साइन कर ली थी. लेकिन फिल्म की शूटिंग शुरू होने के 2 दिन बाद ही वे इस फिल्म से हट गयी थी. सभी एक्ट्रेस माधुरी दीक्षित के कारण से सपोर्टिंग एक्ट्रेस का रोल नहीं करना चाहती थी.
4) ये फिल्म अक्षय कुमार की यशराज प्रोडक्शन के साथ में दूसरी फिल्म थी. उनकी यशराज प्रोडक्शन के साथ में पहली फिल्म ” ये दिल्लगी ” थी जो सन 1994 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
5) इस फिल्म के रिलीज़ होने के बाद अक्षय कुमार यश चोपड़ा से काफी नाराज़ हुए थे. क्योंकि यश चोपड़ा ने अक्षय कुमार से वादा किया था की वे इस फिल्म के लिए उन्हें अच्छी फीस देंगे. लेकिन यश चोपड़ा ने वादे के हिसाब से अक्षय कुमार को कम फीस दी थी. जिससे नाराज़ होकर अक्षय कुमार ने यशराज प्रोडक्शन के साथ 10 सालों तक काम नहीं किया था. 10 सालों बाद अक्षय कुमार ने यशराज प्रोडक्शन की टशन फिल्म में काम किया था.
6) ये फिल्म शाहरुख़ खान और अक्षय कुमार की साथ में पहली फिल्म थी. इसके बाद दोनों साथ में ” हे बेबी ” फिल्म में नज़र आये थे लेकिन इस फिल्म में शाहरुख़ खान ने बस कैमियो किया था.
