1) This film was the directorial debut of Puneet Issar.
2) Before Salman Khan, the role of Arjun Ranawat was offered to Sunny Deol. But he refused to work in this film.
3) The title of this film was first kept as “Sanghar” then it was changed to “Satyamev Jayate”. Then finally its title was changed to ” Garv “.
4) This film was Salman Khan’s fourth film with his brother Arbaaz Khan. Earlier, both of them worked together in the films Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya, Hello Brother and Tumko Na Bhool Payenge.
5) Salman Khan played the role of police for the second time in this film. Earlier, he also played the role of police in Patthar Ke Phool which was released in 1991.
6) In 2004, two films were released together of Salman Khan and Amrish Puri. After this film, in the same month, the film ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’ was also released.

1) ये फिल्म पुनीत इस्सर की डायरेक्शनल डेब्यू फिल्म थी.
2) सलमान खान से पहले अर्जुन राणावत का रोल सनी देओल को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
3) इस फिल्म का टाइटल पहले ” संघार ” रखा गया था फिर ” सत्यमेव जयते ” कर दिया गया था. फिर अंत में इसका टाइटल बदलकर ” गर्व ” कर दिया गया था.
4) ये फिल्म सलमान खान की उनके भाई अरबाज़ खान के साथ में चौथी फिल्म थी. इससे पहले दोनों ने साथ में प्यार किया तो डरना क्या, हेलो ब्रदर और तुमको न भूल पाएंगे फिल्म में काम किया था.
5) सलमान खान ने इस फिल्म में दूसरी बार पुलिस का रोल निभाया था. इससे पहले उन्होंने पत्थर के फूल में भी पुलिस का रोल निभाया था जो सन 1991 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी.
