1) Shilpa Shirodkar was very remorseful after working in this film. Because there was a lot of controversy in her transparent saree scene at that time.
2) The film was the third remake of Dilip Kumar’s film Ram and Shyam. Earlier, Sita and Geeta and Chalbaaz films were also made.
3) This film was Anil Kapoor’s second double role film. Earlier he also played a double role in the film yudh which was released in 1987.
4) Before Anil Kapoor, his role was offered to Amitabh Bachchan but he refused to work in this film.
किशन कन्हैया फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें :
1) शिल्पा शिरोडकर को इस फिल्म में काम करने के बाद में बहुत पछतावा हुआ था। क्योंकि उनका ट्रांसपेरेंट साड़ी वाले सीन में उस समय बहुत कंट्रोवर्सी हुयी थी।
2) ये फिल्म दिलीप कुमार की फिल्म राम और श्याम की तीसरी रीमेक थी। इससे पहले सीता और गीता और चालबाज़ फिल्म भी बन चुकी थी।
3) ये फिल्म अनिल कपूर की दूसरी डबल रोल वाली फिल्म थी। इससे पहले युद्ध फिल्म में भी उन्होंने डबल रोल निभाया था जो 1987 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी।
4) अनिल कपूर से पहले उनका रोल अमिताभ बच्चन को ऑफर हुआ था पर उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था।
