Nayak Movie Unknown Facts :
1) Before Anil Kapoor, his role was offered to Aamir Khan and Shahrukh Khan. But both had refused to work in this film.
2) This film was a Hindi remake of the 1999 Tamil film “Mudalvan”. Both the films were directed by Shankar.
3) This film was the first time South action style was shown in Bollywood.
4) This film was Shankar’s directorial debut in Bollywood.
5) The film was delayed for two weeks due to some technical problems.
6) A huge TV studio set was prepared for this film. In which more than 700 TVs were kept so that the set looks like a real TV studio.
7) Manisha Koirala had worked in the original film “Mudalvan” of this film and she also wanted to work in the remake Nayak of this film. But due to some reason she was not cast in this film.
8) In 1994, Ram Gopal Varma was about to make a film “Nayak” with Sanjay Dutt. But due to some reason this film was shelved.

1) अनिल कपूर से पहले उनका रोल आमिर खान और शाहरुख़ खान को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन दोनों ने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
2) ये फिल्म सन 1999 में आयी तमिल फिल्म ” मुदलवान ” की हिंदी रीमेक थी. दोनों ही फिल्मो को शंकर ने डायरेक्ट किया था.
3) इस फिल्म में पहली बार साउथ एक्शन स्टाइल बॉलीवुड में दिखाया गया था.
4) ये फिल्म शंकर की बॉलीवुड में डायरेक्शनल डेब्यू फिल्म थी.
5) कुछ टेक्निकल प्रॉब्लम के चलते ये फिल्म दो हफ्ते के लिए डिले हुयी थी.
6) इस फिल्म के लिए बहुत बड़ा टीवी स्टूडियो का सेट तैयार किया गया था. जिसमे 700 से भी ज्यादा टीवी रखे गए थे जिससे सेट रियल टीवी स्टूडियो जैसा लगे.

8) सन 1994 में राम गोपाल वर्मा संजय दत्त को लेकर ” नायक ” फिल्म बनाने वाले थे. लेकिन कुछ कारण से ये फिल्म शेल्वेड हो गयी थी.
