Ilaaka Movie Unknown Facts :
1) Sanjay Dutt and Gavin Packard met for the first time on the sets of this film. After that both became good friends and then it was Gavin Packard who trained Sanjay Dutt in bodybuilding.
2) This film was Aziz Sejwal’s directorial debut film.
3) This film was Sanjay Dutt and Mithun Chakraborty’s second film together. Earlier, both were seen together in the film Jeete Hain Shaan Se. After 20 years of the film, the two also worked together in the film Luck.
4) After the success of this film, Mithun Chakraborty and Sanjay Dutt increased their fees.
5) This film was signed by Madhuri Dixit before the film Tezaab. After the film Tezaab, the audience had high hopes from Madhuri Dixit in the film Ilaaka too. But she had only a small role in this film. Still the public liked her role and this film.
6) This film was launched in the year 1987 and Dharmendra’s photo with Mithun and Sanjay Dutt was also put in the posters. After the tremendous success of Hukumat film, Dharmendra’s film was in the eyes of the distributors and when the distributors saw the poster of the film, they thought that the film was a three-actor film and they bought the film at a good price. While Dharmendra was in a cameo role in this film.
इलाका फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) इस फिल्म के सेट्स पर ही पहली बार संजय दत्त और गैविन पैकर्ड मिले थे. उसके बाद दोनों अच्छे दोस्त बन गए थे और फिर गैविन पैकर्ड ने ही संजय दत्त को बॉडीबिल्डिंग की ट्रेनिंग दी थी.
2) ये फिल्म अज़ीज़ सेजवाल की डायरेक्शनल डेब्यू फिल्म थी.
3) ये फिल्म संजय दत्त और मिथुन चक्रबोर्ती की साथ में दूसरी फिल्म थी. इससे पहले दोनों साथ में जीते हैं शान से फिल्म में नज़र आये थे. इलाका फिल्म के 20 साल बाद दोनों ने साथ में लक फिल्म में भी काम किया था.
4) इस फिल्म की सफलता के बाद मिथुन चक्रबोर्ती और संजय दत्त ने अपनी फीस बढ़ा दी थी.
5) इस फिल्म को माधुरी दीक्षित ने तेज़ाब फिल्म से पहले साइन किया था. तेज़ाब फिल्म के बाद ऑडियंस को इलाका फिल्म में भी माधुरी दीक्षित से काफी उम्मीद थी. लेकिन इस फिल्म में उनका छोटा सा ही रोल था. फिर भी पब्लिक को उनका रोल और ये फिल्म पसंद आयी थी.
6) इस फिल्म को सन 1987 में लॉन्चेड किया गया था और पोस्टर्स में मिथुन और संजय दत्त के साथ धर्मेंद्र की फोटो भी लगायी गयी थी. हुकूमत फिल्म की ज़बरदस्त सफलता के बाद धर्मेंद्र की फिल्म डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर्स के नज़र में थी और जब डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर्स ने इलाका फिल्म के पोस्टर को देखा तो उनको लगा की इलाका फिल्म तीन एक्टर्स वाली फिल्म है और उन्होंने फिल्म को अच्छी प्राइस में खरीदा था. जबकि धर्मेंद्र इस फिल्म में कैमियो रोल में थे.
