Jewel Thief Movie Unknown Facts :
1) A sequel to the film titled “The Return of Jewel Thief” was also came, and the film was released in 1994. In this film, only Devanand and Ashok Kumar were seen from the first part. Apart from Devanand and Ashok Kumar, Dharmendra and Jackie Shroff were also seen in the film The Return of Jewel Thief.
2) Before Vaijantimala, her role was offered to Saira Banu. But then she was going to be married to Dilip Kumar. So she refused to act in this film.
3) After this film, a song was introduced in Bollywood before the climax.
4) Before Ashok Kumar, his role was offered to Raj Kumar . But he refused to act in the film.

1) इस फिल्म के सीक्वल भी आया था जिसका टाइटल ” द रिटर्न ऑफ़ ज्वेल थीफ ” था, और ये फिल्म सन 1994 में रिलीज़ हुयी थी. इस फिल्म में पहले पार्ट से बस देवानंद और अशोक कुमार ही नज़र आये थे. द रिटर्न ऑफ़ ज्वेल थीफ फिल्म में देवानंद और अशोक कुमार के अलावा धर्मेंद्र और जैकी श्रॉफ भी नज़र आये थे.
2) वैजन्तीमाला से पहले उनका रोल सायरा बानू को ऑफर हुआ था. लेकिन तब उनकी शादी दिलीप कुमार से होने वाली थी. इसलिए उन्होंने इस फिल्म में काम करने से मना कर दिया था.
3) इस फिल्म के बाद से ही बॉलीवुड में क्लाइमेक्स से पहले एक गाना रखा जाने लगा था.
