Gunda Movie Unknown Facts :
1) The title of this film was earlier titled Gundagiri. But was later changed to Gunda for some reason.
2) When the film was released, many girls lodged complaints against the film, as the film featured a lot of vulgarity and violence. Following this complaint, the Central Board Films Certificate were banned this film. Later, cases were also filed against this film in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. In the end, all the cases of this film were dropped and the Central Board had allowed the film to be re-released with an A certificate.
3) This film could not get success when it was released but later the film became a cult classic. When the VCD cassettes of this film came, more than 2000 VCD cassettes of this film were sold on a single day.
4) In 2017, Mukesh Rishi said in an interview that working in a Gunda film was the biggest mistake of his career. Mukesh Rishi played the role of Bulla in this film and his dialogues were also very popular.
5) Deepak Shirke, who plays the politician Bachchubhai in Gunda film, told in an interview in 2018 that the shooting of this film was done without a script. Kanti Shah told the story of this film to him and he agreed.
गुंडा फिल्म से जुड़ी कुछ अनसुनी बातें ( Facts in Hindi ) :
1) इस फिल्म का टाइटल पहले गुंडागिरी रखा गया था. लेकिन कुछ कारण से बाद में बदलकर गुंडा कर दिया गया था.
2) जब ये फिल्म रिलीज़ हुयी थी तब कई लड़कियों ने इस फिल्म के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज़ कराई थी, क्योंकि इस फिल्म में बहुत अश्लीलता और वायलेंस दिखाया गया था. इस शिकायत के बाद सेंट्रल बोर्ड वालो ने फिल्म में रोक लगा दी थी. फिर बाद में इस फिल्म के खिलाफ मुंबई, हैदराबाद और बैंगलोर में भी केस दर्ज़ कराई गयी थी. अंत में इस फिल्म के सभी केस हट गए थे और सेंट्रल बोर्ड वालो ने इस फिल्म को A सर्टिफिकेट देकर फिर से रिलीज़ होने दिया था.
3) ये फिल्म जब रिलीज़ हुयी थी तब ज्यादा नहीं चल पायी लेकिन बाद में यही फिल्म कल्ट क्लासिक बन के रह गयी. जब इस फिल्म की वीसीडी कैसेटस आये थे तब इस फिल्म के 2000 से भी ज्यादा वीसीडी कैसेटस एक ही दिन में बिकी थी.
4) 2017 में मुकेश ऋषि ने अपने एक इंटरव्यू में कहा था की गुंडा फिल्म में काम करना उनके करियर की सबसे बड़ी गलती थी. इस फिल्म में मुकेश ऋषि ने बुल्ला का रोल निभाया था और उनके डायलॉग भी बहुत पॉपुलर हुए थी.
5) गुंडा फिल्म में पॉलिटिशियन बच्चूभाई का रोल निभाने वाले दीपक शिर्के ने सन 2018 में एक इंटरव्यू में ये बताया था की इस फिल्म की शूटिंग को बिना स्क्रिप्ट के ही किया गया था. कांति शाह ने इस फिल्म की कहानी उन्हें मुँह से सुनाई थी और वे मान गए थे.
